How It Works
Tiered Subscriptions
Each tier includes a specific set of day-to-day tasks. Should you require tasks beyond the scope of your subscription tier, these must be requested separately. Tier 1 can submit one task at a time and Tier 2 can submit two tasks at a time.
Task Submission
Our clients can submit their tasks through email, with preset questions needed to be answered before the task starts.
Response Time
Our average turnaround time is 48 hours from the moment of task submission, during PST business hours. Please note this excludes weekends and legal holidays unless a different arrangement has been agreed upon.
